VWR Registration
VWR was awarded the primary laboratory and chemical supplier for the Rochester Institute of Technology. Make your life easier by consolidating your orders, invoicing and customer service requests by registering on VWR.com. VWR offers a robust on-line ordering tool to streamline your ordering needs. When you register per the instructions below, you will be able to view the RIT contract pricing.
Getting Started & Registering on vwr.com
- Open your Internet browser and type www.vwrsp.com.
- On the left side of the screen, select the Register button.
- Select Permanent User profile and Country, click on Create Profile button
- Enter your name, phone number, email address, password, and the appropriate security question of your choosing. The RIT Shipping Account Number for accounts other than the College of Science is 2017800. Click on Create Profile button
- Your user profile will be activated within 24 hours
How To Log In:
Simply enter your user name (your Internet E-mail Address) and password in the fields provided and click the LOG IN button. It's that simple!
Customize/Edit your User Profile and Billing Info:
Once logged in, look to the top of the page for MY ACCOUNT button at the top left side navigation. You will find links to change your user profile. The links allow you to do the following:
- Personal Info Link: Change your e-mail address and password.
- Shipping Info Link: Pre-load an unlimited number of account numbers or attention lines, change your default Ship-To or Click the Change your shipping address for this site visit link to change your Ship-To for an individual shopping experience.
- Billing Info Link: Enter your respective credit card number and expiration date. Pre-load an unlimited number of charge or cost codes, reusable purchase order numbers.
- Order Options Link: Allows you to store unlimited email acknowledgement addressees.
The benefit of storing the above information in MY ACCOUNT is that it will all be available in drop-down boxes at checkout. Selecting from drop-down boxes not only saves time, it also eliminates typing errors. You can always override default data, or add data during the checkout process.
