Responsibilities

Ensures that contractual relationships between the Institute and partners, suppliers, agencies and public entities are in conformance with the Institute requirements and state and federal law. Assists in the creation, revision, negotiation and oversight of RIT business contracts. Assists in the development of standard contract language. Provide a repository for campus contracts. Advise and educate the campus community on issues relating to contracting needs.
