Do you accept applications after the deadline?
No, we cannot accept late applications.
How can I submit my application, CV and cover letter?
The preferred method is apply and upload your CV online by selecting the Apply Now button. If you can not apply using the online application system then you can send your application, CV and cover letter via e-mail to facultyr@rit.edu as Word or PDF attachments. If needed you can mail documents to:

What should art students include with their application?
Include at least ten examples of your work, and about ten examples of your students' work and a sample syllabi.
How busy is the schedule for the program?
Your schedule will be filled from noon until approximately 9 p.m. on Thursday, 8 a.m. - 10 p.m. Friday & Saturday, and concludes Sunday with a breakfast until 11 a.m.
How much down time will I have during the weekend?
In order to give you a complete experience of both RIT and Rochester, there is not much break time scheduled in the days' events.
Who will be my audience for my presentation?
Your presentations may be different depending on the availability of people from the college you are visiting with. Your host college should give you an idea of who will be invited to your presentation and how broad or detailed you should present your research. Generally the audience can be made up of faculty, department chairs, dean, and students.
