Diversifying the Faculty
Join our database! We maintain a database of minority and women Post Doctoral, PhD and MFA students. This database is used as a referral source for faculty openings. Included in our database are individuals that range from the beginning stages through completion of their doctoral degrees, and to those engaged in a postdoctoral assignment. Junior and senior faculty interested in acquiring a tenure track position are also encouraged to join our database.
When new faculty positions become open every search committee is provided with a report and copies of curriculum vitae (CV) from our minority and women database. We also send individuals in our database information about job openings in their field. If you are interested in being part of our database please complete our Prospect Data Form and submit your CV to facultyr@rit.edu.
