Position Openings
A list of all current position openings at RIT is available through our on-line RIT CareerZone or by calling the Job Information Line at (585) 475-7095. Positions listed on the RIT Career Zone are updated continuously and a summary of new positions is announced weekly at RIT via a broadcast e-mail to all faculty and staff.
How to Apply
All individuals applying for positions at RIT must complete an application to be considered for employment at the university. Either apply on-line through CareerZone or print an application http://finweb.rit.edu/humanresources/forms/employeeappresume.pdf. Applications and resumes should be e-mailed, faxed, or mailed to Human Resources (HR) using the contact information below if you choose not to apply online.
HR serves as the official point of entry for all staff positions. To apply for a faculty position, please submit the appropriate credentials to the contact person identified in the posting on the RIT Career Zone. Your application will be reviewed and hiring managers make decisions on which applicants will be interviewed. You will be contacted only if you are selected for an interview. Resumes and applications are retained for six months.
Please note that, due to the volume of resumes received, HR only accepts resumes for staff positions from individuals who are applying for specific position openings. Please indicate the job number when applying.
If you are submitting a resume via e-mail, please note that they are accepted only as attachments. Requests that HR retrieve a resume from a personal web site are not able to be accommodated due to the volume of resumes received daily.
