External Candidates
External candidates applying for faculty and staff positions must complete an application to be considered for employment at the University. Notice of current faculty and staff position openings are posted on myCareer.rit.edu. Additional information related to faculty employment can be found at the Office of Faculty Recruitment.
Current RIT Employees
Current RIT employees wishing to search or apply for a position should log on to their Oracle account at https://mybiz.rit.edu or https://myinfo.rit.edu and select the iRecruitment Employee Candidate. Posted positions are updated continuously and a summary of new positions is communicated weekly via e-mail to all faculty and staff.
Human Resources serves as the official point of entry for all staff positions and your application will be acknowledged. Generally, hiring managers review resumes and make decisions on which applicants will be interviewed. It is recommended that prior to applying for a position at RIT, you review our Applicant Instructions. While we encourage applicants to apply online, applications are also accepted in person at Human Resources, Eastman Building (5th floor).
Please note that, due to the volume of resumes received, Human Resources only accepts resumes for staff positions from individuals who are applying for specific position openings. You will be contacted directly only if you are selected for an interview. Resumes and applications are retained for six months.
