Thought for the Month
A thought for you on leadership...
My observation..perhaps better framed as a statement of the obvious...is that the pace of change at RIT has never been faster and our expectations of others and ourselves have never been higher. As leaders, we set the tone for how we will work with each other and with our departments to achieve our goals. For our collective reflection, I offer this thought...
Nothing is easier than fault-finding; no talent, no self-denial; no brains; no character is required to set up in the grumbling business.
-- Robert West
For your convenience and reference, all issues of Gray Matters are archived by topic and newsletter date on the HR web site on the left sidebar. As always, your feedback on Gray Matters is welcome, as well as suggestions for topics and issues you would like addressed in future newsletters.
Sincerely...Kathleen
