Thought for the Month
A thought for you on leadership...
Without self discovery, a leader may still have self confidence, but it is a self confidence built on ignorance and it melts in the face of heavy burdens. Self discovery is the end product of a great challenge mastered, when the mind commands the body to do something impossible, when strength and courage are summoned to extraordinary limits for the sake of something outside the self - a principle, an onerous task, another human life.

For your convenience and reference, all issues of Gray Matters are archived by topic and newsletter date on the HR web site on the left sidebar. As always, your feedback on Gray Matters is welcome, as well as suggestions for topics and issues you would like addressed in future newsletters.
Sincerely...Kathleen
