RIT is strongly committed to providing employees with a substantial contribution toward retirement. The retirement program at RIT assists you in planning for a financially secure retirement future by providing an opportunity for capital and investment accumulation during your working years.
RIT offers two Retirement Plans: 1) Basic Retirement Plan and 2) Voluntary Retirement Plan. Employees choose investments offered through Teachers Insurance Annuity Association and College Retirement Equities Fund (TIAA/CREF) and Fidelity Investments.
