Benefits
Keeping Healthy
Employees, their spouse or domestic partner, and the employees children to 19 are eligible for medical coverage at RIT. Dependent children may continue to be covered until the age of 26 if dependent is a full-time student or lives with the employee and is financially dependent on them, and is not eligible for medical insurance through his/her own employer.

Investing for Retirement
RIT offers a tax-sheltered annuity retirement program under Internal Revenue code Section 403 (B). The program consists of two retirement plans: the Basic Retirement Plan and the Voluntary Retirement Plan.
