Money Order Purchases - US Postal Money orders may be purchased for up to $1000. The fees for money orders are $1.05 under $500.00, $1.50 over $500.01. Purchase of money orders are payable only by cash.
International Money orders may be purchased for up to $700 with a fee of $3.85 to accepting countries:

Cashing Money Orders
US postal money orders are cashed for free if the amount does not exceed $100. We do not cash personal checks, cashiers checks, or western union checks.
