Campus Post Office

The RIT Post Office, located in Nathaniel Rochester Hall (Building 43) across from the Corner Store is open:

Summer Hours
Monday - Friday: 8:30 am - 4:00 pm
Closed Saturday and Sunday

Regular Hours (academic year)
Monday - Friday: 8:30 am - 4:30 pm
Saturday: 10:00 am - 2:00 pm

Finals week hours May 2008
Mon-Tues 8:30-4:30
Wed-Friday 8:30-6:30
Saturday 9:00-12:00
Students who are staying for the summer must renew their mailbox by Saturday May 24 otherwise mail will be returned.

RIT Inn Residents (package pick-up at front desk)
Perkins Green, Colony Manor & Residence Hall students can pick packages up at Nathaniel Rochester Hall Bldg. 43

There is now a UPS drop box located in front of NRH. Letters or boxes that measures up to 14 inches (H), x 12 inches (W), x 3 ½ inches (deep) can be placed in the box. Supplies are located in the top section of the drop box. You can use the drop box to send your UPS letters or packages as an alternative to bringing them into the post office or if it is after hours. The collection time on the drop box is 6:30 pm Monday-Friday.

1st line: Your name
2nd line: Your mailbox number, Nathaniel Rochester Hall
3rd line: Rochester, New York 14623-5699

Please DO NOT include your dorm name, room number, RIT Inn & Conference Center, or Rochester Institute of Technology in the address. This could delay your mail.
