The RIT Post Office is located in Nathaniel Rochester Hall (Building 43) across from the Corner Store.

Thursday 8:30-6:30 at the NRH post office. All services available 8:30-4:30 Package pick up only 4:30-6:30

Primary Services

Express mail, First Class mail, media mail, parcel post, certified mail, Return receipt, registered mail, insured mail, delivery confirmation, signature confirmation, priority international, first class international, International Express, (Air) M-bags, various, stamp sales. There is now a UPS drop box located in front of NRH. Letters or boxes that measures up to 14 inches (H), x 12 inches (W), x 3 ½ inches (deep) can be placed in the box. Supplies are located in the top section of the drop box. You can use the drop box to send your UPS letters or packages as an alternative to bringing them into the post office or if it is after hours. The collection time on the drop box is 6:30 pm Monday-Friday.

1st line: Your name
2nd line: Your mailbox number, Nathaniel Rochester Hall
3rd line: Rochester, New York 14623-5699

Please do not include your dorm name, room number, RIT Inn & Conference Center, or Rochester Institute of Technology in the address. This could delay your mail.
