Phase I Renewal Sign-Up
January 30 - February 5
The Housing Selection Phase I housing contract will not be available on the portal until midnight on January 30.

The Housing Selection Renewal process is for students living in RIT apartments, UC suites, and the RIT Inn who have the opportunity to renew their contract for the space they are currently living in for the 2012-2013 academic year.

The Housing Selection Phase II housing contract will not be available on the portal until midnight on February 13.

Non-Renewal sign up is online only!
The Housing Selection Non-Renewal process is for students who are currently living in the residence halls, Global Village, Greek Free Standing, and for students who are currently in apartments, UC suites, and the RIT Inn who did not renew their contract for the 2012-2013 academic year. Students who are living off-campus or on coop or study abroad may also participate.
