Future RIT Housing
RIT Housing Operations is committed to providing our students with state-of-the-art housing options. To anticipate the growing housing needs of our students, we will be replacing the Riverknoll Apartments with new on-campus housing. The first phase of this “Global Village” will begin in May 2008. Even though plans are still in the preliminary phases of development, some concepts and amenities that will be featured include a variety of living configurations that are fully furnished and wireless, options that include a full kitchen, and high-rise building designs that contain retail, recreational, and athletic facilities on the first floor.
