Housing Connection
The Housing Connection is a roommate and apartment referral service that provides an opportunity for RIT upperclass students to post openings within the RIT on-campus apartment complexes. Students use this site to look for housing within the apartments (roommate available), or to fill a vacancy in an apartment (roommate wanted).
The purpose is to convey your interests and what type of RIT apartment you prefer. If you find something you like and plan on moving into on campus housing (apartment, residence hall, or RIT Inn) must fill out a housing contract. Contracts are binding for a full academic year, and quarterly contracts are not available.
Listings
There are main categories for postings. Use "Roommate Available" listing if you don't currently reside in the RIT on-campus apartments, but would like to move in. The "Roommate Wanted" listing is where current apartment opening are posted. Be sure to review both sections as something that matches your needs may already be posted. Listings will be posted for 30 days, if needed longer you will need to re-post.
