Summer Conference Housing
The Summer Housing Office Staff coordinates the efficient organization of all summer housing students and conference guests. Our mission is to succeed in providing outstanding customer service for our residents and to ensure that their needs are met in a timely, courteous, and professional manner.
Summer Conference Housing
A host of organizations hold summer conferences at RIT because of the great facilities offered by the Institute. We house groups that require overnight accommodations. Faculty or staff at RIT that wish to offer academic, athletic, leadership or youth camps to the public often organize the conferences. Programs that do not have an affiliation with the Institute contact RIT's Government and Community Relations Office and work with RIT's event coordinators to plan conferences on our campus.
Summer Quarter and Summer Session Housing
A number of students stay in the residence halls during the summer quarter to take classes or work. All of these students are housed in the same residence hall. The location of summer housing currently rotates between Nathaniel Rochester Hall and Kate Gleason Hall.
Office
The Summer Housing Office operation is located in the lobby of Kate Gleason Hall on the campus of the Rochester Institute of Technology. Convenient parking is located adjacent to the building.
Hours
May 26, 2008 through August 15, 2008, Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Extended hours, including weekends, may pertain to particular conference groups.
