Student Dental Plan

May I enroll at any time?

No, there is an open enrollment period during the first 30 days of each quarter for the 2011-2012 Student Dental Plan. Applications received after each open enrollment will be accepted for next quarter's commencement date. This plan is by voluntary enrollment only.

Is coverage available for my spouse and child(ren)?

Yes, but only if the RIT student is enrolled in the Dental Plan. A student may enroll a spouse and dependent child(ren) at the same time he/she enrolls by completing the section on the application form for dependent coverage. Excellus Blue Cross Blue Shield will bill you for the premium for the family coverage you indicate.
