Finance & Administration Systems and Technology (FAST) provides responsive high quality, state-of-the-art information technology infrastructure and support services to the division.
FAST is divided into four functional areas-web development, software development, Oracle application support, and technical support services.
Technology has become the major underpinning of the way the university conducts business. Therefore, the goal of FAST's development activity is to produce business applications that exploit the power and functionality offered via the web and enhances the division's business processes.
The software and web development teams are located in Building 99 and are responsible for the development, implementation, and maintenance of F&A divisional web sites and value-added software systems. The Technical Support Team resides in the Eastman Building and provides the full range of technical support for all users within the division.
The Oracle Applications Team works collaboratively to provide technical and service support to Oracle users campus-wide.
