Summer Group Dining Accommodations

A number of organizations host summer groups at RIT because of the exceptional facilities and services offered by the university. RIT Dining Services Summer Staff coordinates meal and dining accommodations for all summer conference guests and groups. Our mission is to succeed in providing guests an exceptional dining experience and we take pride in our outstanding customer service to group coordinators ensuring that all summer group dining needs are meet in a timely, courteous, and professional manner.

If you plan on hosting a summer group, please fill out the Summer Group Dining Request Form and submit to dssummer@rit.edu. This form will provide RIT Dining Services Summer Staff general information about your summer group. Please refer to the Summer Group Dining Policies & Procedures sheet for more information.

Office

The RIT Dining Services Systems Administration Office is located in the basement of the Student Alumni Union (SAU), room A410 directly across from the GLBT office. Convenient parking is located in U-Lot and D-Lot. Click here for a campus map.

Hours

Our office is open Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.

Please note the university and our office will be closed on Memorial Day (Monday, May 28, 2012) and Independence Day (Wednesday, July 4, 2012).
