Please be sure the start and end dates correspond to RIT's quarter dates.
Students will not be permitted to charge purchases to their VR accounts until a proper authorization is received and processed.
What should be included on the authorization?
- Vendor information
- Amount authorized
- Authorization dates
- Counselor contact and mailing information
- Items authorized (please be as specific as possible)
- If you require specific forms be completed and returned to you please be sure to include enough copies for each quarter.
