We strongly encourage RIT faculty and staff to take an "Intro to Windows" workshop before attending other desktop applications classes. Because it covers the fundamentals of the Windows environment, it prepares participants to get the most out of desktop applications classes that logically follow, such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.
