Mobile Learning Assistants (MLA)
Are you looking for assistance in using a particular computer software product such as Microsoft Word, Excel, or PowerPoint? ITS now offers faculty and staff an opportunity to learn more about such programs by offering for RIT students who are employed by ITS Customer Support and the Center for Training and Professional Development to come right to your office to help you! These MLA’s have a strong knowledge on a variety of products, and are committed to helping you enhance and develop your computer skills.
