RIT's Career Zone is powered by the iRecruitment system. It is the resource for RIT managers to create and post job vacancies, review and track applicants and manage the recruitment process at RIT.
This training session is comprised of two separate sections. Depending on your need, you can register for and Part 1, Part 2 or both. Please register for both sessions separately.
Part I of iRecruitment training introduces the essentials of creating a vacancy, the approval process, and reporting. The session goes through the key iRecruitment manager functions, giving you the knowledge and skills needed to successfully advertise an open position.
This section is recommended for anyone who currently initiates paper job requisitions, reviews job applicants, or approves requisitions.

Part II of this session covers the basic iRecruitment manager functions of viewing a posted vacancy, individual applicants, and applicant documentation, as well as the disposition of applicants.
This session is recommended for individuals who are, or will soon be, working on a search committee or supporting a search committee and anyone involved in the hiring process.
