Emotional Intelligence: Maximizing Productivity through Emotional Intelligence Methods

After the session, participants will be able to answer the following questions:

  1. How to effectively build relationships within the workplace to maximize productivity.
  2. How to engage the employee who needs extra encouragement.
  3. How to verbally communicate with the emotional employee.

This class is an interactive session including role playing, classroom exercises, discussions and the use of multi media to convey material.
