This informative 3 hour workshop will introduce several key tools and skills for providing excellent customer service.
Topics include:
- What is customer intimacy?
- Who is your customer?
- What practical methods will generate excellent customer service?
- How can I use my personality preferences to improve my service?
- What are some triggers that prevent excellent customer service?
- What are three steps to outstanding verbal communication?
After attending, each participant will be able to:
- Immediately apply the practical skills.
- Assess the customer's need and apply a solution that delights the customer.
- Apply the three step verbal model to generate a productive conversation.
