RIT's Communication Station: Learn to Tune in before Others Tune Out
Communication is the most important skill we can develop to be better employees, stronger team members, and more effective supervisors. There many different areas of communication and many different communication skills to practice and master. When communication is efficient, thoughtful and respectful, dialogue can begin. When there is miscommunication, emotions can turn negative, the environment is no longer respectful or productive and conflict will arise.
The following courses have been designed to help fine tune your skills, knowledge and understanding of the art of communication.

*Courses do not need to be taken sequentially, however, it is recommend that any participants enrolled in Crucial Conversations, also enroll in and participate in Understanding your Communication Style through DISC.
