The Center for Professional Development has designed this series for individuals who have supervisory responsibilities at all levels of management and administration at RIT. Many of the topics in these sessions will cover important information supervisors need to know for federal and state legal and regulatory compliance. This series is available to supervisors and managers in an open-enrollment format. If you are interested in a private session that is customized for your department, please contact The Center for Professional Development at 5-5313. This series is comprised of three required courses, Employment Law, Handling Employee Relations Issues and The Performance Appraisal Process.

Supervisory Training
There is specific information that RIT supervisors need to understand to be effective leaders. The below courses have been designed to explore the unique subject matter that supervisors need to know. Although not all of the below courses are required, we highly recommended them to all supervisors to increase your knowledge and enhance your skill sets.
