The Center for Professional Development has designed this series for individuals who have supervisory responsibilities at all levels of management and administration at RIT. Many of the topics in these sessions will cover important information supervisors need to know for federal and state legal and regulatory compliance. This series is available to supervisors and managers in an open-enrollment format. If you are interested in a private session that is customized for your department, please contact The Center for Professional Development at 5-5313. This series is comprised of three required courses, Employment Law, Handling Employee Relations Issues and The Performance Appraisal Process.
