Critical Incident Management Program 101
In this informative, 2 hour session will teach participants the basic elements of the RIT incident management system. Our system is based on the Department of Homeland Security's "National Incident Management System," and allows RIT to readily organize internally to respond to emergencies as well as coordinate efforts with local government agencies.
Participants will be given the opportunity to work together and actually create an Incident Action Plan based on prewritten scenarios.
