RIT's Harassment & Discrimination Policy & Procedures
RIT has an institutional commitment to continually building a diverse work force and student body. One critical element of this commitment is our existing policy prohibiting harassment and discrimination. As an RIT employee and citizen of the campus community, it is essential that you have a clear understanding of both the policy and procedures regarding harassment and discrimination.

RIT's Online Harassment & Discrimination Policy & Procedures
RIT's Harassment & Discrimination on-line course is designed to further your understanding about this important topic and to provide a means to explore this sensitive and often complex issue in depth. It is particularly exciting for us to make the policy and procedures available in a format that is easily accessible to all RIT faculty and staff via technology, and that provides information with consistency.
Because we believe that a clear understanding of the policy is fundamental to the safety and well being of each and every member of the university community, all RIT employees are strongly encouraged to complete the program.
You can take the self-paced course about RIT's policy prohibiting Harassment & Discrimination via RIT's E-Learning Zone (your RIT Computer username and password will be required to access the course content). You can take parts of the course as your schedule allows and it will be included in your professional development record.
