Generational Collaboration
In this interactive session, you will identify the four generations that collaborate in today's workplace by learning a little bit more about the family values, family beliefs, family practices and social plus historical events that helped to shape them. By learning these concepts, you will be able to apply them to your own habits and skill set to become a more collaborative team member.
This session will allow ample time to focus on Generation Y, which takes up a majority of RIT's student body. This session will give you a strong understanding of our current study body profile and will provide you with stronger skills to help them to be more successful students.
