Meetings
You'll be welcomed in a friendly atmosphere and discover the small changes you can make - from making wise food choices to becoming more active. Each week you'll receive new tips and program materials to help you follow the program.
The meeting is led by a Weight Watchers leader who has lost weight using Weight Watchers, and can guide you through the choices you have with the program. The weigh-in and meetings occur weekly for 17 weeks. Weigh-in usually begins at the beginning of the session. The formal meeting runs for 30 minutes after weigh-in is complete. Meeting time is typically one hour in length. Days, times and locations can vary so you should refer to the schedule. The minimum registration for each 17 week session is 20 participants.
At your first meeting you'll agree on your weight loss goals with your leader and find out all about the Weight Watchers program. Each week you'll have a confidential weigh-in with your leader and track your progress. You'll be able to share what works with other members and stay motivated as you move towards your weight loss goals.
