Fit It In

Wellness Coaches USA's Fit It In program was designed to help you fit in short bouts of exercise throughout your day, without disrupting your work or your routine. All you need is an exercise band, the 4 sets of exercises and instruction for how to do them. Each set of exercises takes no more than 5-10 minutes to accomplish, so you can fit them in at your desk or at home whenever it is convenient. Exercise bands can be found online or in a variety of stores. Once you have your band, take advantage of the four week rotational exercise tips below.

Wii Team Building and Fitness

Quite simply, Wii is for everyone. The ease of use and interactivity of the Wii Remote and Nunchuk allows for a unique social gaming experience for your department or event. Wii Sports allows for competition between players and may be organized for team building skills.
