- Personal consultation and fitness assessment including a blood pressure reading, body fat % test, cardiovascular testing, strength and flexibility testing, and a functional analysis.
- Resting Metabolic Rate test that measures the amount of calories your body burns at rest and is vital for both weight loss and weight gain.
- Comprehensive fitness program design that includes cardiovascular and strength training.
